To combat virus, let’s try prayer
To the editor:
As we go through our days with so many people sick and dying from coronavirus, hoping that there will soon be a vaccine ready to combat this virus, why are we trusting only in drugs?
Why not start praying daily for healing from this virus? Have we forgotten the Lord is our ultimate healer?
Maybe this plaque happened for a reason, to draw the American people back to him. Maybe this happened to make people realize what’s really important in life. God first, then family. I urge you to pray.
If my people, which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sins and will heal their land. — II Chronicles 7:14
