Maintaining

Holly B. Ritchey, 21, 1405 N. 200 West, Portland, was arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony, and is being held in Jay County Jail.



Possession

Two Portland residents and a Redkey man are being held in Jay County Jail after they were allegedly found with illegal drugs Tuesday.

Daniel L. Butler, 38, 203 E. High St., Redkey, was arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, all Level 6 felonies.

Ryan T. Green, 40, 657 E. North St., Portland, was arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, all Level 6 felonies.

Kimberly A. Sowder, 38, Portland, was arrested Tuesday for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of cocaine, narcotics and methamphetamine, both Level 6 felonies.

Also, Roger R. Oberlin, 37, 7073 N. 200 East, Bryant, is being held in Jay County Jail after he was arrested today for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, both Level 6 felonies.



Battery

A Portland man is being held on $4,500 bond in Jay County after he was arrested for domestic battery.

Caleb M. Capetillo, 26, 784 W. Seventh St., is facing two Level 6 felony charges of battery.
