Damion M. Lewis, 40, last known address in Portland, is facing charges of dealing methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony, neglect of a dependent, a Level 5 felony, possession of cocaine, a Level 6 felony, possession of narcotics, a Level 6 felony, unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. He also has a two-day jury trial scheduled for March 2 on charges of criminal confinement, a Level 3 felony, theft, a Class A misdemeanor, and domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor.
