Felony arrests
Possession
Three Portland residents have been arrested since Friday and taken to Jay County Jail after they were allegedly found with illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
Cierra M. Rockwood, 24, 1007 S. Blaine Pike, and Bobbi L. Watson, 27, 607 E. Race St., were both being held on $3,000 bond.
Watson was arrested Friday and charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony. Rockwood was arrested Monday and charged with possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony.
Watson was arrested again this morning and charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony, and is now being held on $4,500 bond.
Anthony Todd Jacob Gregory, 32, 902 W. North St., was arrested Saturday and charged with unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, both Level 6 felonies. He is being held on $4,000 bond.
Out on bond
A Bryant man has been released on $7,500 bond after he was arrested Monday, taken to Jay County Jail and charged with possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony.
David E. Fernandez, 23, 7397 N. 375 West, was charged with two Level 6 felony counts of possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine when he was arrested on June 29.
Failed to appear
An Eaton man was taken to Jay County Jail after he was arrested Tuesday for failing to appear in court for a Level 5 felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Michael D. Cooley, 119 N. Elm Ave., is being held without bond.
