Burglary

An Ohio man was arrested and taken to Jay County Jail on Thursday after he was charged with burglary, a Level 5 felony.

Joshua R. Allen, 43, 272 Pickett Road, Union City, Ohio, is being held on $10,000 bond.



Habitual offender

A Dunkirk man was arrested Thursday and booked into Jay County Jail after he apparently violated his lifetime suspension for habitually violating traffic laws, a Level 6 felony.

Zackary C. Harc, 41, 13 W. Leisure Lane, is being held on $5,000 bond.



Possession 

A Portland woman was arrested and taken to Jay County Jail this morning after she was allegedly found with illegal drugs.

Annette A. Wible, 42, 105 E. Elder St., was charged with possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony.



Probation violation

A rural Portland woman is being held on $700 bond in Jay County Jail after she was arrested Thursday for allegedly violating her probation.

Ashley N. Jump, 30, 5357 E. 300 North, has an original charge of battery on a person under 14 years old, a Level 6 felony.
