Dealing

Two Dunkirk residents were arrested and taken to Jay County Jail Wednesday after they were allegedly found with illegal drugs.

Thomas E. Staton Jr., 34, 384 W. Washington St., was charged with dealing in methamphetamine and dealing in a narcotic drug, both Level 5 felonies, and unlawful possession of a syringe and maintaining a common nuisance, both Level 6 felonies.

Rachel C. Mock, 31, same address, was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of syringe and maintaining a common nuisance, all Level 6 felonies.

Mock and Staton’s bail was set at $7,500. Mock’s bail was later posted and she was released from jail.



Neglect

A Redkey woman is being held on $4,500 bail in Jay County Jail after she was charged with two felonies and arrested Thursday.

Shauna B. Manor, 28, 518 S. Meridian St., was charged with unlawful possession of a syringe and neglect of a dependent, both Level 6 felonies.



Possession

A Redkey woman is being held on $4,500 bail in Jay County Jail after she was allegedly found with drug paraphernalia and arrested Thursday.

Ashlee Julia-Anise Ryan, 33, 340 E. Bell Ave., was charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony.
