Fraud

A Fort Wayne man is being held on $13,000 bond in Jay County Jail after he was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts related to fraud.

Gary T. Castle Jr., 26, 301 W. Superior St., was charged with financial fraud, a Level 5 felony, and forgery, a Level 6 felony.



Possession

A Redkey woman and a Madison woman are being held on bond after being arrested on drug-related charges.

Ashlee Julia Anise Ryan, 33, 340 E. Bell Ave., Redkey, is being held on $3,000 bond in Jay County Jail after she was apparently found with drug paraphernalia and arrested Thursday. She was charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony.

Alicia M. Miller, 31, 2367 Seneca Drive, Madison, is being held on $4,500 bond in Jay County Jail after she was allegedly found with illegal drugs this morning. She was charged with unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, both Level 6 felonies.
