Lost control
Damage was estimated between $10,000 and $25,000 after a Portland man driving on county road 250 West lost control of his vehicle about 8:25 p.m. Monday.
Brandon G. Miller, 42, was driving south on county road 250 West, just south of county road 400 South, when he lost control of a 2006 Chevrolet C/K 2500. The vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a nearby fence and gate.
Deer hit
An Indianapolis woman drove into a deer about 7:35 p.m. Tuesday on county road 200 South in Portland.
Denise C. Schwartz, 24, was driving her 2004 Honda Accord when a deer ran into the roadway and collided with her vehicle. Damage is estimated between $5,000 and $10,000.
