Last week at Seeger: Jay County allowed more than 400 rushing yards for the second consecutive game in a 41-0 loss to the Seeger Patriots in a contest scheduled just a few days prior. Jay County rushed for 42 yards and Quinn Faulkner added 29. Sam Dunlavy completed two passes for 50 yards, 40 of which to Sheldon Eley.

Season leaders: Passing — Ryan Black – 9-for-24 for 216 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. Rushing — Alex Currie – 30 carries for 343 yards and five touchdowns. Receiving — Nick Neuenschwander – seven catches for 213 yards and three TDs.
Last season: Adams Central scored 28 points in the second quarter en route to a 46-6 victory in Portland. The Patriots, who got 92 rushing yards from Bailey Cox, scored a TD in the fourth quarter against the ACHS reserves.
Game notes: This is the seventh meeting all time between Jay County and Adams Central, and the Jets have won every meeting. Five times Jay County has been held to two or fewer touchdowns ... Adams Central is coming off back-to-back regional championships and three of the last four titles ... Per the ACHS athletics department, ony adults are permitted at the game.
