Alec B. Catey, 23, 208 Eastview Trail, Berne, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, a Class C misdemeanor He was sentenced to 60 days in Jay County Jail with all of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for 180 days and assessed court costs of $185.50.
Nathan A. Morgan, 42, 409 East State St., Albany, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor — He was sentenced to 60 days in Jay County Jail and given six days credit for three days served. He was assessed court costs of $185 and ordered to pay a $200 drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fee.
Debra A. Weaver, 62, 1305 W. Fifth St., Marion, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor — She was sentenced to 180 days in Jay County Jail with all but 20 days suspended, given two days credit for one day served and assessed court costs of $185. As part of her plea agreement, a Class A misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement was dismissed.

Joshua D. Troxel, 33, 10107 W. Indiana 18, Pennville, pleaded guilty to battery resulting in bodily injury, a Class A misdemeanor –– He was sentenced to 150 days in Jay County Jail and given 134 days credit for 60 days served. He was assessed court costs of $185. As part of his plea agreement, a Level 6 felony charge of residential entry was dismissed.
