Felony arrests
Unlawful handgun
A Georgia man was arrested Monday for carrying a handgun without a license.
Jamond O. Vicks, 34, 140 Heath St., Camilla, was preliminarily charged with a Level 5 felony along with a Level 6 felony for possession of a controlled substance and a Class A misdemeanor for possession of marijuana.
Vicks is being held in Jay County Jail on a $14,000 bond.
Confinement
A Dunkirk man was arrested Saturday for criminal confinement.
William R. Green, 20, 308 W. Jay St., Dunkirk, was preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony for criminal confinement. He was also charged with two Class A misdemeanors for domestic battery and interference with reporting a crime.
Green was released from Jay County Jail on a $4,500 bond.
Domestic battery
Three Dunkirk residents were arrested Friday for domestic battery.
Kyle L. Hartzell, 32, 220 W. Center St., was preliminarily charged with a Level 5 felony for domestic battery and a Level 6 felony for neglect of a dependent. He was released from Jay County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
Katherine M. Robbins, 34, 140 E. Palace St., was preliminarily charged with a Level 5 felony for domestic battery along with a Class B misdemeanor for disorderly conduct. She was released from Jay County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
Jonathan L. Staton, 45, 211 Second St., was preliminarily charged with a Level 5 felony for domestic battery and a Class B misdemeanor for disorderly conduct. He’s being held on a $10,000 bond in Jay County Jail.
Drug possession
A Portland woman was arrested Monday for drug possession.
Cassandra R. Myers, 43, 4802 S. 850 East, was preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony for possession of methamphetamine.
She was released from Jay County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
Nonsupport
A Modoc man was arrested this morning for nonsupport of a dependent.
William A. Price III, 38, was preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony for nonsupport of a dependent. He’s being held in Jay County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
