Marcias Torres, 50, Reading, Pennsylvania, told Portland Police he was backing a 2007 Cadillac Escalade out of the parking spot at 112 W Main St. near Meridian Street and didn’t see the 2017 Ford Edge, driven by 82-year-old John E.
