Felony arrests
False reporting
A Dunkirk man was arrested Friday for false reporting.
David S. Ohlwine, 58, 712 N. Main St., was preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony for false reporting or informing, and a Class A misdemeanor for driving with a suspended license.
He’s being held in Jay County jail on a $1,500 bond.
Drug possession
A Daleville woman was arrested Thursday for possession of methamphetamine.
Margaret E. Welter, 50, 9404 S. Greenway Drive, was preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony, along with a Class B misdemeanor for possession of marijuana.
She’s being held in Jay County Jail without bond.
