Area municipalities have set trick-or-treating hours for this weekend, with a handful of organization hosting other Halloween activities.

Merchant Trick-or-Treat

5 to 7 p.m. Friday

in downtown Portland



Dunkirk Trunk-or-Treat

6 to 8 p.m. at Dunkirk City Park

(A fall festival is scheduled

for noon to 5 p.m. in the park.)



Redkey Volunteer Fire Department

Halloween Costume Contest

Line-up at fire station at 5:15 p.m.

Costume parade at 5:30 p.m.



Pennville Trunk-or-Treat and movie

6 to 8 p.m. in the former Pennville

Elementary School parking lot

“Hocus Pocus” showing at 8:30 p.m.
