Patriots on parade
The homecoming festivities got started Friday night with the parade beginning at Jay County Fairgrounds through downtown Portland and finishing at Weiler-Wilson Park. Pictured above, 2022 Little Miss Winterfest Aria Barnett drives herself in the parade on a Polaris ATV, making the turn from Meridian Street onto Walnut Street on the modified parade route because of construction at the south end of the downtown area.
