Child exploitation
A Salamonia man was arrested Wednesday for child exploitation and related charges.
Cody T. Ankrom, 36, 5835 E. 400 South, was preliminarily charged with a Level 5 felony for child exploitation and a Level 5 felony for possession of child pornography.
He was released from Jay County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
Nonsupport
A Portland resident was arrested Wednesday for nonsupport of a dependent child.
Avery M. Moore, 24, 2794 E. Treaty Line Road, was preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony for the alleged crime.
More was released from Jay County Jail on $800 in bonds.
