Intersection crash
A Muncie man crashed his car into the back of a Hartford City man’s vehicle at the intersection of Indiana 1 and Indiana 26 about 3:55 p.m. Wednesday.
Noah X. Shank, 19, was driving his 2018 Chevrolet Cruze west on Indiana 26 near the intersection when he struck a 2020 Ford Ranger driven by 21-year-old Jacob A. Cross.
Damage is estimated between $2,500 and $5,000.
Hit at high school
A Portland teen crashed the vehicle he was driving into the back of a Portland woman’s car in Jay County Junior-Senior High School’s parking lot about 10 a.m. Thursday.
Brody A. Shull, 15, was behind the wheel of a 2008 Honda CRV in the lot at 2072 Indiana 67, Portland, when he crashed into a parked 2018 Jeep Cherokee.
Damage is estimated between $2,500 and $5,000. The Cherokee is owned by 65-year-old Sheila A. Wayman of Portland.
