Dependent neglect
Two Redkey residents were arrested Thursday for neglect of a dependent.
Isaac T. Bowler, 36, 6453 W. 800 South, is charged in Jay Superior Court with a Level 6 felony for the alleged crime. He was also preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bowler was released on $6,000 in bonds from Jay County Jail.
Megan A. Eicher, 40, 6453 W. 800 South, was charged in Jay Superior Court with a Level 6 felony for the alleged crime, as well as a Class C misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia. She was released from Jay County Jail on a $3,000 bond.
