Drug possession
A Portland woman was arrested Tuesday for drug possession.
Janeesa J. Hampshire, 37, 411 E. Walnut St., was preliminarily charged with two Level 6 felonies for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of methamphetamine, as well as a Class B misdemeanor for possession of marijuana.
She was being held in Jay County Jail on a $4,500 bond.
