Theft

A Portland man was arrested Sunday for vehicle theft.

Alejandro M.M. Domingo, 39, 109 S. Munson Ave., was preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony, along with a Class A misdemeanor for operating a vehicle without a license.

He was released from Jay County Jail on a $4,000 bond.

Drug possession

A Portland woman was arrested Sunday for possession of methamphetamine. Teresa N. Antonio, 34, 2516 S. Como Road, was preliminarily charged with a Level 5 felony for the alleged crime.

She was released on a $15,000 bond in Jay County Jail.
