Obstruction

A Portland woman was arrested Friday for obstruction of justice and other charges.

Heather R. Best, 40, 1015 W. North St. was preliminarily charged with two Level 6 felonies for obstruction of justice and possession of methamphetamine, as well as a Class A misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia. She was being held on a $4,500 bond in Jay County Jail.
