Toney was top showman
Alivia Toney took her turn in the spotlight this year. Toney earned the titles of senior and master class showman during the Jay County 4-H Cat Show on July 8. She competed in the 4-H small animal supreme showmanship competition on July 9.
County TIF plan is updated
The fourth and final step in the process is complete. Jay County Redevelopment Commission approved a confirmatory resolution Wednesday, formally adopting its updated economic development plan for the county’s tax increment financing (TIF) district.
