Jay County Solid Waste Management District will have recycling trailers available from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday in the parking lot at 220 Lincoln St., Portland, and Dunkirk City Park. The district’s ReUse Center also has a variety of boxes, bottles, coffee containers and other items available for free.
