To the editor: On behalf of the Jay County Public Library, I want to draw your attention to recent developments of great significance to Jay County Public Library and to libraries across the state.

Quality points turned to hysteria

To the editor: The recent column headlined “Congress is a reverse Robin Hood” has some very good points about problems with various aid programs to the poor. Then of course, in typical liberal fashion, Jocelyn Smith has to go hysterical with lies about Republicans.
