To the Editor: The Jay County Visitor & Tourism Bureau held the 2nd annual Tractor Ride on Tuesday, August 25. This year's ride went from the Jay County Fairgrounds to The Anderson grain terminal in Dunkirk, showcasing a number of Jay County farms and attractions along the way.
