Community helped after tornado
We wanted to take time to thank each and every one of you who helped us when the tornado struck on Nov. 5. Casey and I cannot explain how our lives were turned upside down on that day.
Could money be used for roads?
With the finishing touches and the commissioning of the windmills in Jay and Randolph counties, I have a question. Could any of the money that Jay County will receive from this project be used for new road signs?
