To the editor:A teacher asked her class of third graders if they knew anything about whales. A little girl said she knew a whale swallowed Jonah. The teacher was an atheist and said, “You can’t prove that.”
School board should listen
To the editor:I’ve been attending the Jay County School Board meetings this summer and I’m amazed there is absolutely no “shock” but plenty of “awe” at the power that sits among them at the table.
