McClure leads dog show
Aubree McClure came home and enjoyed every minute of it. McClure, who showed at the Randolph County Fair in 2023, returned to the Jay County Fair this year and showed the top dog — Indiana Jones, nicknamed Jonesy — at the 4-H dog show on July 6.
Westgerdes shows top rabbit
Maggie Westgerdes won a pair of top awards July 6 during the Jay County 4-H rabbit show. Westgerdes topped the contest as her Holland lop won the best-in-show award. It also earned best 4-class.
