The CR files a formal complaint
The Commercial Review has filed a formal complaint against Jay County Commissioners. The newspaper on Tuesday morning filed the formal complaint with the Office of the Public Access Counselor regarding commissioners’ May 2 administrative meeting.

Fort Recovery Village Council awarded a $2,442,700 contract Monday from Caldwell Tanks of Louisville, Kentucky, for building the new tower on the north side of the village.
