Seniors Brayden Sprunger and Gavin Lambert combined for 17 of the Patriots 22 first-half points, and sophomores Gavin Muhlenkamp and Ethan Dirksen were a collective 3-for-3 at the stripe as the Jay County High School boys basketball team held on to beat the host Bellmont Braves 38-37 on Friday.
