Dean has been placed on administrative leave pending investigation
The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana on Tuesday filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court Northern Division of Indiana (Fort Wayne) against Brad Milleman and nurses Rebecca Hudson and Nancy Snyder alleging that two separate searches were invasive and violated a girl's rights against unreasonable searches and seizures by the government.
