Students and coaches come in for a breakdown at the end practice at East Jay Middle School on Nov. 16. This is the inagural year for the Jay County Elementary Schools basketball program where students from East Jay and Bloomfield come together while Redkey and West Jay meet to develop skills and foster competition.
