Jay County Drug Prevention Coalition is working in conjunction with local officials toward the goal of opening a recovery residence. Plans for the facility are still in the early stages. Some of the funding for the facility could come from opioid lawsuit settlement funds that will flow to the county over a 15-year period. (The Commercial Review/Louise Ronald)
