Jay-Randolph Developmental Service recently opened a new thrift store in Winchester. In addition to donated items, it also sells merchandise created by JRDS clients. If the Winchester location is successful, the organization hopes to open a store in Portland as well. (The Commercial Review/Scott Shaffer)
