Billy Puckett (left) and Pat Clancy (right) of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation present Jim Waechter of Portland's Museum of the Solider with steel from the World Trade Center during a closing ceremony Sunday for the 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibit at Jay County Fairgrounds.
