Jay County Solid Waste Management District is exploring the possibility of a new headquarters on property owned by Portland Economic Development Corporation along Tyson Road. The organization currently is located at 5948 W. Indiana 67 across the highway from Jay County landfill. (The Commercial Review/Ray Cooney)
