Jay County High School boys soccer defenders Osmar Gonzalez (11), Iker Nelson (22) and Ashton Castillo (4) collapse in on Muncie Central forward Toby Gruver during the season opener Tuesday. Jay County High School’s boys soccer team pulled off a 1-0 victory in the season opener against Muncie Central on Tuesday in the first official game played on the new turf at Harold E. Schutz Memorial Stadium.
