Clement Hortlander (yellow shirt), Bailey Hartman (black shirt), Connor Helsen (blue shorts) and Cara Brockman (red shirt), all of Muncie, jump into the pond just north of Accelerated Curing in Portland Saturday morning as part of the Splashin’ with a Passion: Peggy’s Plunge sponsored by Portland Fire Department and United Way of Jay County.
