The new mural on the Commerce Street side of the Dunkirk city building is complete. Painted by Indiana artist Pam Bliss, who also did the Glass Capital of Indiana mural a half a block away, it features the original Dunkirk High School, the second Dunkirk High School built in 1921 and Sutton Elementary School.
