Gabbie Mann scored in the third minute and added two more goals as the Jay County High School girls soccer team dismantled the visiting Heritage Patriots, 5-1. It was the first conference victory for the host Patriots.
Jay County (1-1, 1-0 Allen County Athletic Conference) scored four straight goals — all in the first 14 minutes of the match. Catherine Dunn and Stormi Canterbury both added their first goals of the season.
