Rigby to play
Tyler Rigby has been chosen to be a part of the Indy Pro Am Summer League.
Rigby will play for Team Black in the league that is made up of college, NBA and European professional players. His team includes Roy Hibbert, Josh McRoberts and Lance Stephenson of the Indiana Pacers, Erik Fromm from Butler and Skip Mills from Ball State.
The 2006 Jay County High School graduate, who led the Patriots to the Class 3A state championship game during his senior season, finished his career at Indiana University East this season as the school’s all-time leading scorer. He was 19th in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) this season at 19.1 points per game, and also averaged 5.5 rebounds.

From the No. 10 spot in the order, Johnson recorded a triple, a double and two singles and finished with two runs and five RBIs. Heniser singled and scored in each of the first three innings and then added a double and a run in the fifth.[[In-content Ad]]
