Just when the rest of the teams in the field may have been seeing a glimmer of hope, Ingle/Osterholt put them back in the dark.
The Ingle Realty/Osterholt Motorsports team won every stage it competed in at Sunday's Jay County Go-Kart Challenge, the third of five events in the American Red Cross/FCC Go-Kart Grand Prix, at Jay County Fairgrounds. The big day nearly doubled the team's lead in the overall series standings.
Ingle/Osterholt dominated the feature for the second time in three races, winning by more than 10 seconds over second-place Vore's Welding and Steel and third-place Lennertz Conveyor System. It was the top qualifying team with a fastest lap of 18.7 seconds, and took the top spot in heat one by nearly 20 seconds.
Vore, which won the feature race at Maria Stein Country Fest in June, took the top spot in the semi-feature. Other heat winners were Lennertz and Taylor Building and Construction.
Ingle/Osterholt now has 119 points, 28 more than second-place Sanning Service Station. Buschur Refrigeration is third with 84.

After Daniel Fugiett of the Lightning scored to tie the game in the fourth quarter, McCombs booted home the winning goal for the Thunder. He went on to score four goals in the Thunder's shutout of the Twisters.
Zaaron Lee and Hunter Miller each scored four times in the Tiger victory, and Lillian Rogers finished with two goals in the Lions' win over the Cheetahs.
