Jay Co., Fort tickets to go on sale (08/04/03)

Jay County and Fort Recovery released the details about their season ticket packages, which will go on sale soon.
Season tickets for the Patriots will go on sale Thursday in the JCHS athletics office. They will be sold daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
For the 2003-2004 school year, an adult super pass will be $55, a senior citizen super pass will be $35, a student super pass will be $25, an adult football season ticket will be $15, and an adult basketball season ticket will be $35. Jay County will also continue to offer a family pass for $150, which covers admission for a father, mother and all children living at home who are in grades one through 12.
Super ticket and football season ticket holders will have until Friday, August 22 to reserve the same seats they had last season. The final day to reserve seats for basketball will be Wednesday, Nov. 26.
Single game tickets for football and basketball this year will be $4.
Fort Recovery will begin selling its tickets for the fall sports season Monday. They will be available in the high school office from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Football season tickets will be $25 for adults and $15 for students. All tickets at the gate will be $5.
There are no season tickets available for volleyball. Individual match tickets will be $5 for adults and $3 for students.
Super tickets will also be available starting Monday, and are good for admission to any sport throughout the Indians’ 2003-2004 school year. Adult super tickets are $125, and student super tickets are $75.
Senior Citizen tickets are also available for those 65-and-older, and provide free admission to all home athletic events.
Fulton wins pair
Ryne Fulton, who graduated from Jay County in June, won a couple of local tennis tournaments recently.
The former Patriot netter, bound for the University of Indianapolis, teamed with Yorktown’s Alex Whinney in the Penguin Classic at Delta and the Swiss Days tournament in Berne.
Fulton and Whinney rolled to first place in the men’s 18-and-younger doubles competition in the Classic. They defeated a pair of teams from Delta on the way to the title.
The pair also took the championship at Swiss days, winning matches against teams from Adams Central, South Adams and Lima, Ohio.[[In-content Ad]]
