Jay County Summer Swim team notched a win over visiting Randolph County 509-138 in a weather-shortened meet Thursday evening.
The meet was halted early due to lightning, but enough events had finished to allow Jay to bring its record to 9-1. Jay County swept nearly every event, winning nine of 10 relays and 35 of the 37 contested races.
There were no triple individual event winners but 12 Jay tankers managed to pick up two wins.
In the 8-year-old and younger group, Mara Bader was the only girl to take two, winning the long free and butterfly. On the boys side, Konner Sommers won the long free and backstroke and Damian Hicks took the butterfly and IM.
Lilly Clemmons won the butterfly and IM and Ethan Corwin took the long free and backstroke in the 9 and 10-year-old group.
Kaitlyn Dow led the girls 11 and 12-year-old division with wins in the butterfly and IM while Alex LeMaster nabbed the long free and IM and Christian Vormohr took the butterfly and backstroke for the boys.
Anne Vormohr won the butterfly and backstroke for the 13 and 13-year-old girls while Ian Reynolds grabbed firsts in the long free and backstroke for the boys.
And in the 15-and-older group, Katy Smeltzer won the long free and butterfly for the girls while Evan Mathias took the long free and backstroke for the boys.
Single event winners included Abilene Hough, Elayna Paro, Ashlyn Dow, Eliza Bader, Alex Bader, Sarah Walter, Sophie Bader, Sydney Mathias, Sok Vormohr, Eme Miller and Alex Sutton.
