FORT RECOVERY — One winning streak had to come to an end Thursday.
The Jay County Summer Swim Team had won three in a row. The Fort Recover Eels were a perfect 3-0.

Anne Vormohr and her brother Sok Vormohr added three victories apiece, and their cousin Christian Vormohr also picked up three wins.
Abilene Hough took the top spot in the 8-and-younger girls long freestyle and backstroke while Damian Hocks won the boys breaststroke and butterfly. Ashlyn Down finished first in the 9-10-year-old girls long freestyle and short freestyle, and Ian Reynolds earned wins in the 13-14-year-old boys backstroke and short freestyle.
Eme Miller, Mary Hudson and Alex Sutton each picked up a pair of victories in the 15-and-older division.
Adding one win apiece for Jay County were Konner Sommers, Ezekiel Corwin, Lilly Clemmons, Mitchell Brown, Tayler Smeltzer, Quin Blakely and Katy Smeltzer.
