MUNCIE - Nadlie Runyon won three out of four events Monday to lead the Jay County High School gymnastics team to a 94.75-89.025 victory over the host Delta Eagles.
Runyon posted a high score of 8.65 to win the vault ahead of Delta's Maranda Mastin. She was also first with scores of 8.425 on the balance beam and 7.875 on the uneven bars.
The junior also had a 7.3 on the floor as she posted the winning all-around total of 32.25.
Mastin earned the other victory on the evening with an 8.25 on the floor exercise.
Kristen Ainsworth was second in three events, scoring an 8.325 on the beam, a 7.7 on the floor and a 7.5 on the bars. She tied for third place on the vault with teammate Lexie Rowles with an 8.35.
Kyli Kelso, competing in her first full meet of the season after breaking a bone in her foot, placed third on the beam with a 7.625. Stormi Metcalf was third on the bars at 7.4.
