DUNKIRK — Zaaron Lee and Chip Wendel each had plenty left for their final game of the West Jay Community Center Summer Soccer League season.
Lee, the league’s leading scorer for the year, racked up nine goals in leading his Lions to a 14-6 victory Tuesday over the Cheetahs. Wendel also had a huge scoring evening, putting the ball in the net seven times to lead the Jaguars to an 11-5 win over the Tigers.
Ryder Barger, Lucian McIntire, Lillion Rogers and Sydney Wall all finished with three goals in Tuesday’s games.
Ludy helps Wareham
Josh Ludy smacked a double Monday during the Wareham Gatemen’s 8-7, 12-inning victory over the Falmouth Commodores.The Jay County High School graduate also drove in a run for Wareham. He had a single and two RBIs in a 7-3 win for the Gatemen over Falmouth on July 7.

Graphic Printing barely eked out a spot in the championship game Monday with a seven-inning victory in the opening round of the Portland Junior League Sandy Koufax baseball tournament.
Graphic edged Portland Moose 6-5 and Fisher Packing topped Winchester 20-13.
Dustin Fields led Graphic with two doubles and three runs, including the game-winner in the seventh inning.
