VERSAILLES, Ohio — Chloe Will and Robby LeFevre had a pair of wins each.
They helped the Indian track teams to a strong showing despite inclement weather.
Fort Recovery High School’s girls track team placed third and the boys were fifth on Saturday in the Versailles Invitational.
Marion Local won the girls Orange division with 156 points, and New Bremen totaled 128 for second. Fort Recovery’s 85.5 points placed third out of 17 teams.
In the Orange boys division, Marion Local tallied 163.5 points for the championship. Twin Valley South (96) was second and Houston (82) placed third.
Fort Recovery finished with 60 points for fifth place in a 17-team field.
Will had a time of 5 minutes, 48.73 seconds, to take first in the 1,600-meter run, and her time of 12:51.46 in the 3,200 run was the best out of 11 competitors.
Kierra Wendel won the 800 run in 2:34.8 as the only other victory for the FRHS girls.
LeFevre beat a field of 32 sprinters in the 100 dash with his time of 11.75 seconds, and took the top spot in the 200 dash in 23.82 seconds.
Riley Pearson, Owen Moorman, Brayden Schoen and LeFevre teamed to win the 4x200 relay in 1:35.95.
