A lack of numbers caused Adams Central and Bellmont to combine swim teams for the summer.
The new squad was still at a disadvantage against Jay County.
Victories in all but three relays and 51 of the 62 individual events garnered the Jay County Summer Swim Team a crushing win on Thursday, 1,378-326 at Jay County High School.
Two boys and a pair of girls each grabbed three individual victories for Jay County. Ben Fisher (8-and-younger) and Creed Beiswanger (11-12-year-old) did so for the boys while Lani Muhlenkamp (9-10-year-old) and Eliza Bader (15-and-older) were the females.
