Last week at New Bremen: Fort Recovery was overmatched against the defending Division VII state champion Cardinals in a 34-8 loss. The Indians were out-gained 338-180. Troy Homan broke the shutout for the Tribe, catching a 19-yard touchdown pass from Cale Rammel on the first play of the fourth quarter. Homan ended with 59 receiving yards. Riley Hiser and Ethan Hartnagle had 29 rushing yards each.
Season leaders: Passing — Cale Rammel – 84-of-172 for 942 yards, five touchdowns and five interceptions Rushing — Riley Hiser – 200 carries for 1,018 yards and eight touchdowns. Last week vs. Bradford: Bryce Schondelmeyer threw for five touchdowns and ran for another in the Trojans’ 47-18 drubbing of the Bradford Railroaders. Schondelmeyer completed 18 of his 23 pass attempts for 325 yards and added 89 more on the ground. Zade Shank caught four passes for 136 yards and two touchdowns, including a 75-yard TD.
